- 撰寫每年度應更新的移轉訂價報告、其他文據、主檔報告及國別報告之編製。
- 回覆國稅局要求之移轉計價議題之補充說明。
The Ann-Sheng CPA Firm’s team members have 10-20 years of experience in providing transfer pricing report services, and the team had over 12 years of experience in auditing and tax services at the Big Four accounting firms. We have provided transfer pricing report services to many listed companies and have assisted in reviewing transfer pricing policies.

Our Service
- Analysis of the company’s quarterly financial statements, including analysis of the gross profit and net profit from transactions between related parties.
- Assist clients in conducting quarterly gross profit analysis and provide transfer pricing strategy services.
- By conducting face to face interviews and factory visits to gain insights into industry characteristics and the company’s operational details.
- Prepare updated transfer pricing reports, other documentation, master file and country-by-country report annually.
- Response to the Taiwan Taxation Bureau on transfer pricing issues.
